Only things you have the rights to use. Be sure that you created the artwork or have permission from the creator before uploading it. All images are checked against a third-party validation service before production.
Don't use names, characters, celebrities, trademarks, logos of companies, sports teams, colleges/universities, clubs, or organizations unless you represent that brand or company and have the rights to use it.
You may not upload, post or transmit any content that contains sexually explicit content or pornography, or any content that contains hateful, defamatory or discriminatory content against any individual or group.
When you zoom an image too much or try to print it too large it can become pixelated. This means the image will look blurry and you'll see all the little color squares (pixels) that make up the digital image. We let you know when we think an image won't print well as a result. You can still print if if you like... at your own risk!
When in doubt, upload the largest image you have. The maximum upload size is 15MB and we'll let you know if your image is too small when you place it on the device. Check the chart on the below for our suggested minimum sizes. The sizes are just suggestions to cover the whole device - depending on the artwork and positioning, you may be able to use a smaller image.
For speedy transfers, we suggest using really high quality JPEG images, in RGB color, without any color profiles attached (as we have to strip them out anyway).
For company logos, a high-resolution 24-bit PNG with alpha transparency works great and gives you lots of flexibility!
